● Particle filtration efficiency (PFE): When the gas flow is 30L/min, the filtration efficiency of the disposable pulmonary function meter filter for particles larger than 0.3μm in diameter should be no less than 99.99%.

● Air flow resistance: When the gas flow rate is 30L/min, the air flow resistance of the disposable pulmonary function meter filter is not greater than 20Pa.
